Challenge

Fast Graphs had a large subscriber base of 40k+, but many were disengaged, and upgrades from “Basic” to “Premium” subscriptions were low.

Our Approach (Nurture Phase):

  • Segmentation: Defined and tagged unengaged users (90–180 days of inactivity).
  • Email Nurture Campaigns: Built phased, automated email sequences with personalized benefit-driven messaging.
  • Optimization: Measured open, click-through, and conversion rates with ongoing A/B testing.

Results:

  • Reactivated a significant segment of unengaged subscribers.
  • Increased Premium subscriptions through targeted nurture sequences.
  • Achieved higher engagement rates across open, click-through, and conversions.
