Challenge
Fast Graphs had a large subscriber base of 40k+, but many were disengaged, and upgrades from “Basic” to “Premium” subscriptions were low.
Our Approach (Nurture Phase):
- Segmentation: Defined and tagged unengaged users (90–180 days of inactivity).
- Email Nurture Campaigns: Built phased, automated email sequences with personalized benefit-driven messaging.
- Optimization: Measured open, click-through, and conversion rates with ongoing A/B testing.
Results:
- Reactivated a significant segment of unengaged subscribers.
- Increased Premium subscriptions through targeted nurture sequences.
- Achieved higher engagement rates across open, click-through, and conversions.
